Request account deletion

If you have a BeautiBin customer account, submit a request here even if you no longer have the Android app. We will verify that you own the account before taking action. You can also request deletion from the Account section in the app.

After verification, we remove your login, saved addresses, support chat and personal details from completed bookings. We retain only booking and payment transaction information required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or other applicable legal obligations. Active bookings must first be completed or cancelled.
